Philosophy

Luxury Is Personal.

We don't design holidays. We design moments that stay with you long after the journey ends.

The Atelier

An architecture firm for the inner life.

Conventional luxury travel is formulaic. A list of five-star properties. A driver. A view. We build something else entirely — journeys engineered around the emotional question you may not yet know you are asking.

Our clients do not collect destinations. They collect chapters: a palace courtyard in Rajasthan, a monastery morning in the Himalayas, a hidden coastline in the Konkan.

We are asset-light by design. We own no hotels, no aircraft, no inventory. What we own is taste, relationships, and the patience required to do this slowly.

The Four Tenets

The way we work.

I

The Person, Not the Place

Every journey begins by understanding who is travelling and why — long before any destination is named.

II

Moment Mapping

We identify the three to five emotional beats that will define an entire chapter — then orchestrate the world to deliver them.

III

Consultation First

No catalogues. No pricing tables. Every chapter begins with a private discovery session.

IV

Rare India, Deeply Known

The India hidden behind gates, family estates, forgotten coastlines and mountain monasteries.

Why ARL Exists

A quiet rebellion against predictable luxury.

Founded by Ketaki — trained in hospitality and luxury tourism between India and Berlin — ARL was created to rediscover rare places, meaningful moments, and journeys that leave a lasting mark long after the return flight home.
